Welcome to My Webpage

Hello, my name is Linette Everett and this is my first year as a paraprofessional at Richard Hardy Memorial School. I am not, however, a stranger to this beautiful and historical school. I attended RHMS for my 7th and 8th grade school years, after moving here from Knoxville, 30 years ago this year. I am a proud alumni and even more proud to be back here in a professional manner. I graduated from South Pittsburg High School in 1988. My hobbies include swimming, traveling, and photography. I have been married to a wonderful man for 9 years and we have no children of our own unless you want to count our 5-year-old, 4lb Chihuahua named Mason. I have worked with children for many years in our youth program in church and VBS.
I believe that EVERY child deserves a chance to learn, but not all learn on the same level. It is my job as a paraprofessional to find out what level a child is on and help them advance the best way they can. I expect nothing less than respect from a child because if they have respect for me, they will have respect for all adults in their lives. Having a positive attitude and ALWAYS encouraging a child to do their best, and praising them when they do, is my top priority. No child should be left behind!
I look forward to this school year and hope that I will be an inspiration to the children I come in contact with, both in the classroom and on the basketball court. I want them to know that they can come to me with any problem they may have and I will do whatever it takes to help them.

If you need to contact me, please email me at leverette@richardhardy.org. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response.
